At RIA Eyewear, we stand by our high-performance optics and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your game. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your eyewear within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original RIA packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Ensure the frames and lenses are securely placed in their protective case and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance and process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
